Taxes Due:

All rates (which are based on minimum stay of 4 nights) are subject to 21% Government Accommodation Tax, Registration Fees and Service.

Deposit Due:

US$500 Refundable Deposit required including bookings by Agents. Deposit refunded by post or telegraphic transfer approx. 1 week after check-out.

Check Out Policy:
Guest departure is 12 noon. Check out after 2pm is 50% daily rate. After 4pm, 100%. Strictly observed.

Gratuities:

3 - 5 % of total bill paid is standard, assuming good service. Service fees are very important to the staff and their families.

Number of Guests:
Rates based on up to 9 persons including children. Over 9 persons is USD$50 plus 21% per person additional.

Payment:
