Taxes Due:
All rates (which are based on minimum stay of 4 nights) are subjected to USD$ 15% Government Accommodation Tax, Registration Fees.
 
Deposit Due:
US$500 Refundable Deposit required including bookings by Agents. Refunded by post or telegraphic transfer approx. 1 week after check-out.

Reservation Request:
Please allow 24 - 36 hours. To hold (booking) inquiry payment made - 3 working days.

Check In Policy:
Guests are required to give a copy of each passport to be taken to the local authorities by the villa staff, for guest registration.
Registration fee are included in the 15% tax and fees.

Check Out Policy:
Guest departure is 12 noon. Check out after 2pm is 50% daily rate. After 4pm,  is 1 night full rate. Strictly observed.

Suggested Gratuites :
3 - 5 % of total bill paid is standard assuming good service. If less, Guests are requested to advise the Management of any displeasure with staff. Service fees are very important to the staff and their families.

Number of Guests:
Rates based on up to 9 persons including children. Over 9 persons is USD$50 plus plus 10% tax per person additional.
